Superb black and white 8"x10" rendering of the infamous 1919 Chicago White Sox including the "Eight Men Out" who conspired to throw the World Series. Image pictures the full team posed in full uniform on the field including Joe Jackson, Hap Felsch, Buck Weaver, Swede Risberg, Chick Gandil, Lefty Williams, Eddie Cicotte, and Fred McMullen all of whom were banned for life from MLB play as a reult of their involvement in the scandal. Image quality is exemplary with flawless contrast and razor sharp detail. White border has a few small chips and some areas of light soiling with interior image presenting beautifully.
