Specialist note

The present timepiece is fresh to the market, and part of an extremely small production. It is indeed the only one identified with diamond hour markets from a total of four pieces known for the reference.
Reference 3497 was launched at Basel fair in 1963 and produced until 1965. A typical cocktail watch or “White Tie” for the period, the atypical shape, combined with bright dial and different finishing on the bracelet makes the present timepiece a true wrist ornament.
