Richard Mille had one specific goal in mind when designing the RM016, and that was to make the watch as thin as possible. With that in mind, the designers at Richard Mille had to follow rigorous specifications and they ended up with a 8.25mm thick rectangular case. The case has the same curvature of other models so it hugs the wrist. The entire case, screws, baseplate, bridges and balance cock are all made from grade 5 titanium, making this watch very light and durable. The RM016 is Richard Mille’s first rectangular shaped watch.
