MOVEMENT: Automatic, Cal. 27-460 M stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 37 jewels
DIAL: Gilt sunburst, applied baton numerals, subsidiary seconds, window for date
CASE: 18k gold, screw back, 35 mm. diam.
STRAP/BUCKLE: Patek Philippe crocodile strap, 18k gold Patek Philippe buckle
ACCOMPANIED BY: Patek Philippe Certificate of Identity and Guarantee of Origin dated 12 August 1975, fitted presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 27 August 1974.

Reference 3445, Patek Philippe's first calendar watch made in series, was in production from 1961 to 1981.
