Specialist note

In production between 1950 and the late 1960s, reference 2509 is the twin of its contemporary reference 2508. The difference among the two models is that 08 has sweep centre seconds, while 09 has subsidiary seconds.

This model was produced mainly in yellow gold case. Pink gold examples are very rare: it is estimated that only about 20% of the total production received a pink case.
