Specialist note

An example of commemorative timepiece by Rolex, the present watch was obviously realized for the 1967 “Cotton Bowl Classic” football match. Held annually since its inception in 1937, the “Cotton Bowl Classic” is an American college football game. It derives its name from the stadium where it has been played until 2009, when it moved to a different venue nearby Arlington, Texas.
