MOVEMENT: manual, cal. 13’’’, 23 jewels
DIAL: silvered matte, applied pink gold Roman and dot numerals, double outer fifths of a second divisions and tachymetre scale, two subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minutes register
CASE: 18K pink gold, flat bezel, snap on back, two rectangular chronograph buttons in the band, 33 mm. diam.
SIGNED: case, dial, movement
ACCOMPANIED BY: Patek Philippe letter dated 15 November 1985 confirming the sale of the present watch on 15 January 1946 to A. Turler & Co., one of the firm's retailers in Zurich, copy of Patek Philippe service invoice dated 3 August 1990 confirming the overhaul of the movement and the change of the dial. Further delivered with the Extract from the Archives stating that the watch was manufactured with silvered dial, raised gold indexes and tachometer scale in 1945 and its subsequent sale on 15 January 1946

Specialist note

This reference 533 was purchased by its actual owner in 1989. During an overhaul in the workshops of Patek Philippe in 1990 the present dial was mounted, distinguished by the rare layout without the railway minute divisions normally found on this type of dial.

The watch is furthermore preserved in very good overall condition.

Reference 533
Reference 533 was introduced into the market in 1937 and is distinguished by the elegant look of its Calatrava case with the typical flat bezel. It was predominantly made in pink and yellow gold.
