Henry Scott Tuke, R.A. (York 1858-1929 Falmouth)

Neddy Hall was a local Falmouth fisherman who posed for Tuke in many of his paintings, including his Royal Academy exhibit of 1889 All Hands to the Pumps! (Tate, London).
