Cal. 27-70 Q mechanical movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 24 jewels, silvery opaline-white dial, applied white gold baton numerals, windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials for constant seconds combined with 12 hour register, 30 minute register combined with leap year indication and date combined with moon phases, circular case, glazed display screw back, two round chronograph buttons in the band, 18k white gold Patek Philippe integral bracelet, case, dial and movement signed
