The openwork comb tiara designed as a series of old-cut diamond collets within a knife-edge bar surround, alternating with pearls, measuring approximately 4.78 - 5.10 mm, joined to the tapered old-cut diamond frame enclosing similarly-cut diamond lozenge-shaped panels spaced by pearls, measuring approximately 3.62 - 4.17 mm, accented throughout by diamond collets attached to the tortoise shell comb, mounted in gold, 12.6 cm
