Set to the centre with a cushion-shaped diamond and diamond flowerhead cluster, to the openwork foliate broad square-shaped surround, set with rubies, emeralds, diamonds and polychrome enamel details, 7.0 cm, mounted in silver and gold, in grey leather Fred Leighton case
Accompanied by a copy of the invoice from Fred Leighton, dated 6 December 1985.
