Modeled after the Krönungsservice, the double-walled cover surmounted by a crown finial flanked by putti above four applied cartouches, the larger two bearing the arms of the King of Poland and the Electors of Saxony, the smaller two with hunt scenes, the shoulder of the bowl applied with four putti holding drapery and flanked by maiden-bust handles, supported by scroll feet, the interior richly gilt, the underside of the cover painted with Indian flowers
