Each melo melo pearl drop, measuring approximately 10.5 - 10.6mm, to two conch pearl and pear-shaped diamond flowerhead clusters, with diamond spacers, post fittings, 4.5 cm long
Accompanied by report no. 09680 from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, dated 4 April 2014, stating that the pink pearls are natural conch pearls and the orange pearls are natural melo melo pearls.
