Creating awareness has always been an important part of my artistic practice, to shift the concentration to the unseen, to things that surround us but are not felt or dealt with. In this sense, it is an honor to take part in the auction to benefit The Eve Appeal, that shifts awareness to an important struggle so prevalent in our society, often unnoticed (Kirstine Roepstorff, 2014).
