Of detailed construction, mounted with two anchors and with the name Lady Aline to the bow and the Londonderry coats-of-arms to the stern, mounted in a contemporary glazed walnut case
The case 26.1/2 in. (67 cm.) high; 54 in. (137 cm.) wide; 13.1/2 in. (34.5 cm.) deep

Specialist note

The Lady Aline was built by James Laing in 1875 and was part of the
Londonderry steamer fleet operating out of Seaham harbour to deliver
the coal produced in the Londonderry mines. The funnel is painted in the
Londonderry colours.
