Designed as a fly, the body set with a pearl, measuring approximately 7.40 mm, and a pear-shaped emerald, extending old-mine and rose-cut diamond wings, with cabochon ruby eyes, mounted in 18k gold, with pendant hook for suspension, circa 1880, with French assay marks
