FIRST EDITION. Complete with the table giving a statistical summary of 'the national income and state of society.' Colquhoun founded the Thames Police, an essential initiative which was certainly facilitated by an astute use of statistics to bolster his arguments. Coffman C132; Goldsmiths' 19292; Kress B5028.
