Each heart-shaped surmount pavé-set with circular-cut rubies, within an old European-cut diamond surround, suspending three briolette diamond tassels with a pavé-set diamond cap, mounted in 18k white and rose gold, 4.3 cm long

This lot is offered without reserve. Items which contain rubies or jadeite originating in Burma (Myanmar) may not be imported into the U.S. As a convenience to our bidders, we have marked these lots with Y.
