Comprising a necklace, the front section composed of five graduated shield-shaped detachable motifs, each centering upon an oval-shaped ruby, on a raised mount set with rows of baguette-cut diamonds, oval-shaped rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, to the baguette-cut diamond line details on top, and pavé-set diamond flexible backchain, a bangle centre (1 ruby deficient) of curved form and a pair of earrings with detachable pendants en suite, the five motifs on the necklace can be worn as individual brooches, 1951, necklace 40.0 cm, pendants/brooches 5.0 to 4.2 cm, earrings 6.1 cm, with French assay marks for platinum and gold
Signed Monture Cartier, nos. M9265, M9266 and N9932
Accompanied by report no. 60405 dated 29 August 2011 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin (Mogok mine), with no indications of heating (10)
