L921.4 three quarter plate untreated German silver lever movement, 45 jewels, 21K gold micro-rotor with platinum rim, finely hand-engraved balance bridge, swan neck regulator, solid silver dial, applied baton numerals, luminous hands, large double window for date, subsidiary seconds, circular case with date change button in the band, glazed display back secured by six screws, platinum A. Lange & Söhne buckle, case, dial and movement signed

Specialist note

With A. Lange & Söhne Guarantee Certificate dated 13 December 1997 and stamped Wempe, Bremen, instructions, original fitted black presentation box and outer packaging.

The movement is fitted with Lange's patented zero-reset mechanism which simplifies the synchronisation of the watch with a time signal. When the crown is pulled, the seconds hand automatically jumps to the 12 o'clock or zero position.
