Gilt-finished movement, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, gold cuvette, case back with a painted polychrome enamel scene of a Shepherdess in a pastoral landscape framed by translucent blue enamel over engine-turning, engraved band, cuvette and movement signed, associated gilt-metal chatelaine.

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel in 1850 and its subsequent sale on November 8 of the following year.
