Cal. 10 nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bi-metallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, gilt guilloché dial, polished chapter ring with Breguet numerals, circular case, wide polished bezel, wire lugs, inscribed snap on back, case, dial and movement signed, 18k gold associated clasp with cloth bracelet

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with Breguet numerals in 1911 and its subsequent sale on December 17, 1918.
