Cal. 18 gilt-finished lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, wolf's tooth winding, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, eccentric subsidiary seconds at between the 7 and 8 o'clock, engine-turned circular case, hinged back, cuvette, dial and movement signed
36mm diam.

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1852 and its subsequent sale on November 18th, of the following year.
