Comprising a necklace mounted with a series of five graduated heart-shaped diamonds weighing a total of 6.60 carats, each set within a brilliant-cut diamond heart-shaped border and interspersed with six similarly-set graduated heart-shaped rubies weighing a total of 7.40 carats with collet-set brilliant-cut diamond spacers to the pavé-set diamond heart backchain; ear pendants en suite, necklace inner circumference 40.0cm (3)
