Each shaped circular, the border engraved with an Earl's coat-of-arms, all but one plate with scratch weight on reverse, 19=13, 20=6, 20=8,20=7, 20=4, 20=2, 20=15, 20=7, 20=8, marked on reverses

Specialist note

The arms are those of Bennet impaling Astley for Charles Bennet, 3rd Earl of Tankerville (1716-1767). In 1742, he married Alice, the daughter of Sir John Astley, 2nd Baronet. Charles Bennet was briefly a member of Parliament (from 1748-1749) and in 1753, took his seat in the House of Lords, having succeeded his father to the earldom.
