Cal. 18''' nickel-finished lever movement, 40 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, repeating on two hammers onto two gongs, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic five minute divisions, two subsidiary dials for 30 minutes register and constant seconds, circular plain case, repeating slide and pendant locking slide in the band, chronograph button in the crown, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed

Specialist note

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet hour markers, black numerals, small second hand and engraved monogram "W.H.D." and ribbon on the case back in 1901 and its subsequent sale on 9 September 1904.
