Cal. 9828 nickel-finished lever movement, 19 jewels, the silvered matte dial with applied gold Arabic numerals, gold feuille hands, subsidiary seconds, in oversized circular case with engraved number 149/1000 to the band, glazed snap on back, stainless steel IWC buckle, case, dial and movement signed
42 mm. diam.

Accompanied by IWC International Guarantee, booklet, original fitted wooden presentation box with plaque inscribed R.5441 Jubiläumsuhr 1868-1993 Limitierte Serie 125 Years IWC and outer packaging.

The "Portugieser Jubilee" reference 5441, a classic amongst collectors, was introduced into the market in 1993 to celebrate the 125th anniversary of IWC Schaffhausen. It was made in a limited edition of 1000 examples in stainless steel, 500 in pink gold and 250 in platinum.
