Count G. Stroganoff, according to a note on the mount.

Specialist note

The attribution to Dusart has been confirmed by Dr Bernhard Schnackenburg, who further suggests that the black chalk underdrawing may be by Ostade. We are grateful to Dr Schnackenburg for his help in cataloguing this drawing.
