Tasting note: A perfect level bottle tasted in August 2019 at Restaurant Boeuf Rouge in Geneva, next to the 1950 Yquem. Though the 50 was very good the 48 just has the upper hand. What a wine! So multi-layered, fresh elegant with fine acidity. Amazing balance and dimension. This is out of this world! Fantastic elegance. Less sweet then the 1950. Refined.
