A huanghuali trestle-leg table, also with pierced ruyi spandrels and of similar proportions, but with a more restrained ruyi openwork panel, was sold at Christie's New York, The Collection of Robert Hatfield Ellsworth Part I: Masterworks: Including Indian, Himalayan and Southeast Asian Works of Art, Chinese and Japanese Works of Art, 17 March 2015, lot 48. Another huanghuali trestle-leg table with similar spandrels and elaborate openwork panels joining the legs is illustrated by R. H.
