Tasting note: Peter Michael’s delicious 2008 L’Apres Midi, a blend of 86% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Semillon. One of the finest examples of this cuvee they have made in many years, the 2008 has the texture of a top Chardonnay. One-hundred percent barrel fermented, it exhibits abundant amounts of honeyed lemon grass, fig, spice box, melon, and waxy fruit flavors.
