Label reads: ''I found this rare old Cognac hidden away by Mr. Saulnier, who lives in Grande Champagne, the area which produces the characteristically full-bodied brandies which are the greatest bearing the name of Cognac. It comes from a barrel which Mr Saulnier had hidden away for exhibition purposes and was obtained after many years of negotiation. It is a magnificent old brandy, unblended and unreduced.
