Reference 16760, of which the present watch is an example, features an extra-thick case, some 1 mm. thicker than its successors, as well as a thicker bezel and crown guards. This has led collectors to affectionately nickname it the "Fat Lady". Reference 16760 was also the first GMT to be produced exclusively with a sapphire crystal.

The present example is well preserved and comes with a very attractive tropical dial and warm tone luminous material.
