The present wristwatch is preserved in like new condition and furthermore sold with the full set of accessories. It is number 114 of the limited series of 1500 examples made of this model.
In 1959, Jaeger-LeCoultre released the first diving watch to be fitted with an alarm. Named Memovox Deep Sea it was aimed at underwater exploration. Fifty years later, the brand reintroduced this emblematic function in a technical and demanding diving instrument, produced in partnership with the U.S. Navy SEALs, the elite combat diving unit of the U.S. Navy.
