A hot and dry growing season produced a long-lived, powerful wine full of exotic flavours which have with bottle age evolved into rich, complex bouquet. Henri Krug decided the Pinot Meunier harvest was outstanding in 1976 and so twenty percent of the assemblage is formed by this delicate, perfumed grape.
