Also compare the example from the Museum Angewandte Kunst (formerly the Museum für Kunsthandwerk) in Frankfurt am Main, illustrated in P.W. Meister and H. Reber, Europäisches Porzellan, Fribourg, 1980, p. 265, no. 514, here identified as a Schnepfe (snipe).
