Cette sanguine aux hachures serrées très typique de l'artiste reprend les deux têtes de femmes au second plan sur la gauche de l'une des fresques de Raphaël dans la chambre d'Héliodore au Vatican représentant Héliodore chassé du Temple. Les visages étant inversés par rapport à la fresque, il est possible que Vincent copie d'après une gravure.
This sanguine with the dense hatching typical for the artist is based on two heads at left in Raphael’s fresco in the Stanza di Eliodoro at the Vatican representing The Expulsion of Heliodorus from the Temple. Since the faces are in reverse compared to the fresco, it is possible that Vincent based himself on a print.
