Arturo Toscanini – gifted to the Metropolitan Opera Guild by Wally Toscanini, Wanda Toscanini, and Walter Toscanini (minutes of the Memorabilia Committee for 1965-1966).

Arturo Toscanini – one of the most acclaimed musicians of his time – was principal conductor of the Met from 1908-1915, conducting the world premiere of Puccini's La fanciulla del West in 1910.
