拍品 144 Lots 144-150 were acquired by the family of the present owner at the De Bijenkorf department store, Amsterdam, in one of the annual Ons Huis Ons Thuis (Our House Our Home) exhibitions of the late 1940s and early 1950s. The first of these exhibitions took place in 1948 and, especially in their first years, they were ground-breaking presentations showing trending Dutch and Scandinavian design, together with works by young Dutch artists, mainly from the new CoBrA group. The Bijenkorf design team who was responsible for these exhibitions, Martin Visser and Benno Premsela, would subsequently become iconic Dutch designers.
