Gilt-embroidered to centre 'VRI' for Victoria Regina et Imperatrix beneath a Queenly crown, within a thistle and floral garland, with pink satin interior and draw-strung opening
16 ½ in. (42 cm.) wide; 15 in. (38 cm.) deep

By tradition, Queen Victoria.
