According to the archives of Vacheron Constantin the present watch was manufactured in 2011. Accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin presentation box and Vacheron Constantin polishing cloth.

Introduced in 2011 to great fanfare and acclaim at the annual SIHH watch show, this is one of the best and most complicated approaches to telling time across time zones to date. Amazingly, the watch provides time across 37 time zones and remains one of the most successful and popular launches from Vacheron Constantin in recent times.
