專家說明
According to the archives of OMEGA SA the present wristwatch was delivered to the German Army on May 26th, 1943.
The present watch is a remarkable example of an OMEGA chronograph with unusual bezel that was sent to the German Army, likely for use by an officer. A version of this chronograph with black dial was used as the basis for a special edition watch introduced as part of the OMEGA Museum Collection and called the “1945 Officer’s Watch.”
The present example is one of only a few vintage examples of this chronograph with unusual bezel to ever come to market and is preserved with a charismatic two-tone cream and pale yellow dial with red, black, and blue accents as well as blued hands.
It is an exceptional opportunity for a collector to acquire one of the most iconic and rarest chronographs in OMEGA’s history.
