Cal. 270 mechanical jewelled movement, lapis lazuli dial, pavé-set diamond outer ring, gold hands, cushion-shaped case, snap on back, 18k gold bracelet and clasp, IWC dial and movement signed. Matching 18k gold IWC cufflinks and ring with square panels, lapis lazuli centre and pavé-set diamond outer ring.
Watch 32mm. wide; overall length approximately 190 mm.
