專家說明
With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with enamel dial, Breguet numerals, small seconds hand in 1919 and its subsequent sale on 5 May 1920. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe fitted presentation box.
The watch offered here for sale for the first time stands out by its excellent and original overall condition especially considering its age. The case has evidently never been subject to careless polishing, or extensive wear, demonstrated by the crisp signature "Patek Philippe & Co. Genève" and "No. 193072" engraved to the case back, inscriptions often lost partially or entirely after repeated polishing.
A similar watch, also with "underline" dial, is illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, p. 91, pl. 92a & b.
