專家說明
According to the Archives of Longines, the watch with the black dial and movement no. 5'962'900 was made in 1940 and invoiced to Wittnauer, the Longines branch in the U.S.A. on 23 August 1940. The watch bears a Longines calibre 25.17, which was called calibre 9L in America. The case of the watch was produced in the U.S. under Longines license. Meanwhile, the watch with the silvered dial, bearing the movement no. 3'456'107, was made in 1919 and invoiced to Longines-Wittnauer Watch Co. on 12 April 1919. It houses a manual-winding Longines calibre 8.47. The movement was originally housed in a 14K gold case, which was later replaced by the present rectangular case with the stepped curved top and bottom ends.
