Oblong 8o (168 x 268 mm). Set of 24 engravings of landscapes, by Adrian Collaert after Bol. (Trimmed closely, some minor chipping to a few sheet edges, plate 13 with small repair along lower margin.) Modern red morocco gilt. Provenance: purchased from Clark Stillman, 1977.
Second edition with Dutch manuscript captions. The views of towns and villages are reminiscent of Flanders and Western Germany. Town views and landscapes are within a fine border decorated with quadrupeds, birds, fishes, shell-fish, etc. and flowers. See Hollstein III, p. 51, nos. 22-45.
