With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch, set in a Twenty Dollars coin with Breguet numerals in 1910 and its subsequent sale on May 12th of 1927.

To the best of our knowledge this watch has never before been offered in public.
According to our research, the present coin watch is the earliest known produced by Patek Philippe to come to the market.
An early example of a coin watch is illustrated in Patek Philippe Watches, by M. Huber & A. Banbery, Second Edition, pg. 165.
