Franz von Bayros (Zagreb 1866-1924 Vienna)

Many of Franz von Bayros's drawings were designed for advertising. He executed a similar composition for a poster for Moët & Chandon 'White Star Sec', which again shows a woman with a recumbent lion (the lion, in the poster, cradles a bottle in its paw).
