專家說明
Charles Harbord, 5th Baron Suffield, (1830-1914) was a British peer, courtier and politician. He served as Lord of the Bedchamber to both Queen Victoria and the Prince of Wales, during which time he represented the Prince at the funeral of Emperor Alexander II in 1881. He was appointed Lord-in-Waiting in June of 1901, five months after the death of Queen Victoria. Grand Duke Michael Alexandrovich (1878-1918) represented Russia at the Queen's funeral on 22 January 1901, mere weeks before this cigarette case was presented.
