專家說明

Adrien Pierre Dupain, maître in 1772.
Dupain was patronised by members of Court, including Marie-Antoinette, to whom he supplied seat furniture for the château de Saint-Cloud. The menuisier worked through the early days of the Empire and his furniture is noted for its ample proportions and robust carving (P. Kjellberg, Le Mobilier Français du XVIIIème siècle, Paris, 1998, pg. 286-289.)
